Qatar’s Turkish Hospital has signed up with Q Life & Medical Insurance Company (QLM), Qatar’s leading health and life  insurer to provide distinctive quality healthcare services.
Through this  partnership Turkish Hospital has taken a step forward towards tapping into the wide customer base, a statement said.
The agreement was signed by Salem Al Mannai, deputy group president and CEO of QIC Mena region and Dr Volkan Uygunucarlar, managing partner and CEO of Turkish Hospital.
During the signing ceremony, Al Mannai stated: “In harmony with Qatar’s National Health Strategy and Vision, QLM has aligned its mission to promote the right of every individual in Qatar to live a healthy life. We at QLM follow the customer centric approach to ensure the continuation of best in class healthcare services for our insured members.”

TURKISH Hospital has signed an agreement with Q Life & Medical Insurance Company (QLM) to provide distinctive quality healthcare services to people.
The agreement was signed by Deputy Group President & CEO of QIC (MENA region) Salem al Mannai and Managing Partner & CEO of Turkish Hospital Dr Volkan Uygunucarlar.

Q Life and Medical Insurance Company (QLM), a subsidiary of Qatar Insurance Company (QIC), yesterday joined hands with the Turkish Hospital.
The agreement was signed by Salem al-Mannai, deputy group president and chief executive of QIC Middle East and North Africa and Dr Volkan Uygunucarlar, managing partner and chief executive of Turkish Hospital.
“In harmony with Qatar’s National Health strategy and vision, QLM has aligned its mission to promote the right of every individual in Qatar to live a healthy life. The first Turkish hospital has been opened in Qatar on Wednesday, in a ribbon-cutting ceremony presided over by Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci in Doha.

Minister Çavuşoğlu said in his opening speech that the hospital represents a model partnership between Turkey and Qatar, and that the facility is outfitted with advanced medical equipment, state of the art health units, and specialist Turkish doctors.

Emphasizing Turkey’s advancements in the field of health, Çavuşoğlu said that the hospital will serve not only those living in Qatar, but people from all over the region.

Hospital Manager, Volkan Uygunuçarlar, also told Anadolu Agency that the Turkish hospital in Qatar is the first health institution which Turkey has opened abroad in which all of the employees are Turkish.

The facility houses 85 beds, five operation rooms equipped with the most advanced technology, 28 clinics, including a gynecology and obstetrics department, as well as an intensive care unit.

Türkiye’nin sağlık alanında ilerlediğini vurgulayan Çavuşoğlu, hastanenin sadece ‘da yaşayanlara değil tüm bölge insanına hizmet vereceğini ifade etti.

Katar resmi haber ajansı QNA’nın haberine göre, Bakan Çavuşoğlu açılışta yaptığı konuşmada, hastanenin Türkiye-Katar ortaklığında bir model oluşturduğunu belirterek, gelişmiş ekipman ve sağlık birimleriyle donatılan kurumda tecrübeli uzman Türk doktorların çalıştığını bildirdi.

Qatar-based Taleb Group has joined hands with Turkey’s Ruzgar Group to deliver medical services of international standards in the country through the establishment of The Turkish Hospital in Doha’s New Salata.

The 100-bedded hospital, which is manned by medical professionals mainly from Turkey, will start functioning on January 17 with a soft opening.
While announcing this, Managing Director of Taleb Group Mohamed Taleb al Khauri and Ruzgar Group Managing Director Dr Volkan Uygunucarlar said they were looking forward to delivering world standards in healthcare through the Turkish Hospital, where they said a host of medical services would be available to the visitors.

The Turkish Hospital with around 100 bed and five operation theatres will be a vital addition to the existing medical infrastructure in Qatar.
